Cancellation Policy

I understand and agree to the following conditions: Attendance Policy: Live Webinar/Synchronous events require that you be present for the full length of an event. To certify that you attended the full course you must sign in and participate in attendance measures such as turning on your video, participating in course activities, and completing a course evaluation. Attendance is monitored and recorded according to the standards of the certifying organizations that approve ISTI’s coursework. Refund Policy For synchronous courses canceled within 1 week of the course, you will receive a refund less a $50 admin fee. If you cancel with 24 hours' notice for any reason, you will receive a refund less a $100 admin fee. If you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice, you forfeit a refund but may use that amount as credit toward courses. For refunds, credit will be applied to the original route of purchase within 30 days of notice. Grievance Policy - Please refer to the full grievance policy on our website. ISTI is committed to conducting our courses in accordance with the best practices of both AASECT and APA. This program meets the educational requirements of the American Association of Sexuality Educators, Counselors, and Therapists (AASECT) and is approved for 7 hours of CE credits per full day. Integrative Sex Therapy Institute is approved by the American Psychological Association to sponsor continuing education for psychologists. Integrative Sex Therapy Institute maintains responsibility for this program and its content. These CE credits may be applied toward AASECT certification and renewal of certification.
